First scheduled insect control campaign in the Municipality of Izola

From 5 May 2025 to 10 May 2025 inclusive, we will work with the municipal utility company Komunala Izola to carry out the first round of the first scheduled insect control campaign of 2025 in publicly accessible wastewater and stormwater sewers in the Municipality of Izola. A repeat treatment (the second round of the first insect control campaign) will take place between 19 May 2025 and 24 May 2025.

This is the first of two insect control campaigns we will carry out this year.

We encourage all residents to report any cockroach sightings in public areas to the relevant authorities.
We will take all reports we have received into account.

We call on all building managers, owners of restaurants and public institutions, and others legally required to carry out insect control and monitor their premises for insects to arrange for this work to take place during the same period, making the campaign more effective.

In the event of unsuitable weather, the contractor (Radit Koper d.o.o.) reserves the right to reschedule the work.
