Disinsection
Disinsection, or insect control, means controlling harmful insects.
In the natural environment, insects are an important part of the ecosystem. In the spaces where we live, however, some insects pose a health risk and can cause economic damage. In these circumstances, they are considered harmful and are referred to as pests.
Insect control involves controlling harmful insects. These pose a threat to human and animal health and can also cause considerable economic damage. Because our infrastructure provides favourable living conditions for insects, insect control can be carried out throughout the year whenever insects are present. Around buildings, treatments are carried out seasonally when insects appear.
Insect control can be carried out using various insecticides, pheromone lures, sticky traps and electric insect traps.
