Benvenuti al modulo online per la segnalazione dei parassiti.

Lo scopo di questo sito web è quello di ridurre l’insorgenza dei parassiti nel nostro ambiente urbano locale attraverso uno sforzo collettivo.
Attraverso il sito web mettiamo in contatto le autorità competenti, i cittadini e gli altri soggetti interessati.
Solo grazie allo sforzo comune e alla collaborazione di tutti gli stakeholder possiamo limitare la presenza dei parassiti.
Sulla base dei dati raccolti, sarà più facile intervenire al sorgere di eventuali problemi.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA COMPILAZIONE:

1) Nel primo campo puoi inserire il tuo nome e inviare la segnalazione in forma anonima.

2) Nel secondo campo, inserisci obbligatoriamente il tuo contatto – puoi inserire il tuo numero di telefono o il tuo indirizzo email.

3) Sulla mappa, indica l'esatta posizione in cui hai notato il parassita, oppure inserisci l'indirizzo nel riquadro vicino al luogo in cui hai osservato il parassita.

4) Seleziona il tipo di parassita.

5) Nel campo per la descrizione, descrivi il problema; se si tratta di un'osservazione su proprietà privata, specifica liberamente. Se desideri che ti contattiamo, indicarlo chiaramente.

Default map type

Zoom level
